Over the past decade I've built systems and products that change how teams work — from re-architecting operations in advanced manufacturing, to enterprise product strategy at Smarsh, to AI-driven recruiting products at Findem that scale from zero to revenue.

I draw from data systems, UX, ML, and operations to build frameworks that make products work the way organizations think they should. I stay close to users and close to data — often building the Snowflake dashboards myself — and prefer shipping real outcomes over managing process.
